Send a text-message (or make a phone-call) to a surcharged number corresponding to the price set by the merchant.

Step 4:

You receive a text-message with an Allopass code that you insert on the merchant's site (the code is delivered by a vocal server when you make a phone-call).

You are redirected to the content you paid for.
